Mammogram: 1. They insist on you arriving 15 minutes early to your appointment, even though paper work is done online 2. You wait in a nice waiting room, and then get called into the second waiting room (to change) and wait…..zzzzzzz. Get mammogram. 3. After going home, they send a message that they need to redo a couple of images. 4. Made a new appointment to get a redo of images TWO WEEKS later , all is well come back in 6 months! I have been a patient at VHC for over 20 years. I love the service at Women's Imaging. I will not go anywhere else for a mammogram. I will drive for 45 minutes to VHC to get it done. They are the most professional and caring, and their technicians and nurses are gentle. Since they are in a new building now, the technology is upgraded. I received my results the same day. Highly recommend.

I had a horrible experience at VHC women’s imaging. Multiple staff members were dismissive and rude to me, which was especially troubling given the type of appointment I was there for. I will never recommend this place. Horrible bed side manner, I never experienced anything like it.

I happened to find this serial/lot number, then they came back and refused to scan me saying there’s no proof in their clinic it’s safe to administer a MRI with this PLASTIC device. For context: I have a plastic stent in my nose from a brain surgery 5 years ago, and routine Brain MRIs 2x a year is part of my maintenance treatment. I was also getting a sca... read more
