If you have any implants, even PLASTIC, be prepared to show the lot and serial number of the “device”. I have never been asked this across any mri I’ve received in my life. I happened to find this serial/lot number, then they came back and refused to scan me saying there’s no proof in their clinic it’s safe to administer a MRI with this PLASTIC device. Upon arrival for a CT appointment today, Steven Alvarez made my mom feel instantly at home. You can tell he loves his job. What a blessing he was to us!!! You all need to do EVERYTHING to keep this man employed there! I can imagine we weren't the only ones who experienced that kind of care!
I love VHC! Reluctant to schedule my first mammogram, caring schedules called more than once to fix a date. The while there, I experienced warm, professional, inviting nurses and doctors. Now, I direct loved ones from across the DMV to VHC because it is home to the best care. Period.
The staff were incredible. Wait time negligible. I had a number of procedures done and I walked in as a nervous wreck. The staff took care of me--their professionalism, kindness and empathy made all the difference. Special shout-out to Ariana, Nicole and Alexis who took the time to care for me. They are informative without being in any way haughty--they were helpful, caring and thoughtful. Amazing professionals and I can't more highly recommend them and the others at VHC. Thank you!
