I couldn't have chosen a better surgeon for hernia repair. Excellent staff and facility. I highly recommend!
I'd like to give this guy ZERO stars but that doesn't register. He lied to me by saying I needed surgery for a hernia. He didn't say I might have one, he said I did and talked about repairing it with mesh then sent me straight to a person to schedule a date. I didn't not trust him as the look on his face and the way he said it gave me the feeling he wasn't being honest. Things started out well, but now they have stopped responding to messages and I am left in the dark. My concerns and questions have not been addressed, and I have also been in limbo on referrals for other issues they said they could provide. Instead of providing guidance, they simply don't respond. I will be seeking another surgeon, which is too bad, because they're close by and apparently the best in the area.
I had LINX and hiatal hernia repair performed by Dr. Gillian in April 2024. I have had an excellent outcome and no reflux since day one. We traveled 3 hours away from our home to be seen by Dr. Gillian. I immediately felt comfortable with Dr Gillian and his wonderful office staff. I was well cared for throughout pre-op, surgery and overnight observation at the hospital. I am so thankful for Dr. Gillian and highly recommend him. As a nurse of 40+ years, I can be a tough critic. Dr Gillian is the best.
