I had an appointment scheduled for a stress test, but when I arrived, it was canceled due to their internet being down. Later, when I received a bill and called to get clarification on the charges, the receptionist was unprofessional, unable to answer my questions, and ultimately hung up on me. I called back and left a message, and someone from billing did return my call, apologized, and provided the information I needed. Mom and I Absolutely adore Dr Triveddi at Virginia Heart. She is 94 and she doesn't and won't, go to anyone else if she doesn't have to. He's kind, empathetic and absolutely makes her and me feel like we are always on the same page. I pray he never retires either. If I have to go to a cardiologist in the future, I want to use him because he's been so amazing with my Mom.
