My therapist Q was very informative and made sure I understood my exercises. If didn't get something she would explain it again. She had a lot of patience with me. If I have to get therapy again I will definitely reach out to her.
Excellent care has been provided by Jessie. She always shows up on time. Takes time with patient and with care. Always makes time to speak to family members and answers all questions about patient care.
Jessie, our wound care nurse for my father-in-law in Yorktown, is a wonderful caregiver. She always communicates in advance and provides exceptional care. We have been very happy with her support and look forward to continuing in the future.
So far the people physically coming to see my mom are professional and courteous. However the scheduling and communication is horrible and totally inefficient. People call onw hour before or maybe a day before to arrange sessions or visits. You get told people are coming by and then no one shows or calls. How does one run a business this way?
