I called trying to purchase underlayment but they only sell to contractors. Rather than just turning me away, the lady answering my call forwarded me to Steve and he called me back and recommended a local company who could purchase it from them and resell to me. He was kind and even gave me advice on how to install it. I really appreciated the time and effort and had a really great experience.
