I’d like someone to respond to my emails before I leave a horrible review.
I was unable to be home again when Virginia Green came to my home. This is the second time that they did not fertilize my entire yard. I have them clearly on my security cameras miss parts of my yard. The first time I called customer service, they said a manager would call me back. I'M still waiting for that call. I will not renew my service for next year. Virginia Green worst company ever.
I don’t know what happened to VG. I had a 5 star review previously but have changed to a 1. The tech who came out told me that he didn’t have much chemical left for treating weeds (it was 1 pm) and wanted me to call back to get them to come back out. He really seemed put off by my request. Then when I call in they have me on hold for over a 1/2 hour for the thing they should have done when they were here. I think I am going to cancel. Terrible service! I used a different company for several years and this year switched to VG and it has been a complete disappointment. Th final straw for me was last week when the tech sent me a text message letting me know his spreader was broken and he could nor service my lawn. I did text back to the number the driver sent the message from and asked when service will be rescheduled and after almost 1 week no response.
