Poor customer service was transferred from verde point to Virginia green apartments for a 2 bedroom. It’s been about a month and a half still waiting for the lease keep getting harassed by some guy name Ruben calling me and my roommate telling us we are trespassing. All my information and my roommates been turned in they lost the “reservation fee” $250 I was told to pay. Now I have to the end of the month to move out. If I don’t pay that fee again.
No wonder there is vacancies. No one ever picks up the phone in the office even during business hours. I have call literally all day and no one would pick up.
Loved the environment in the neighborhood. No complaints. Great place to live. The convenience of doing laundry and the space provided was nice. Very good customer services, respectable and courtious personal when there were issues or we needed assistance.
Poor Customer Service!!! Husband called to verify the work hours ;due to, the holiday hours. We notified Carla, the office lady, that we were on way to look at and get information on apartments. Once there, she was busy speaking to the maintenance man and we waited for 15ish minutes and she never acknowledged or helped us.
