Sam was incredible. We needed a broken window repaired and sveral other windows and his shop has them crafted and installed in 7 days. When one of the windows had a defect he immediately replaced it that same day in hours. Can not recommend this buisness enough great customer service and quality.

I was super impressed by this company. The owner personally came to my home and was very professional and honest. Rather than trying to convince me to replace my window and shower door, he told me simple ways to repair both inexpensively. If you check out their website, their work is exquisite! I highly recommend them.
Overall great experience! The sales rep was very knowledgeable and was not trying to make a hard sale. I had a couple quotes prior to calling Windows on Washington and ultimately chose this company because of the customer service experience, they offered the best warranty and I felt the cost was reasonable for great quality windows

Great experience. We worked with Sam, who was low-pressure and offered useful pertinent information. The price was good (nearly half of what Thompson Creek had quoted us), and the install was quick and good quality. We really like our new windows and were happy with our experience.
We had a window with a broken sash, that would not open. Home Depot wanted $400 to replace it. They also tried to sell us all new windows, after i specifically told them I did not want a sales pitch for new windows. These folks came on a Saturday, and had the repair done in a jiffy for $250. They will also replace individual panes of glass for reasonable prices. Very good. I will use them again.
We had 5 windows replaced in our 3rd floor condo by Windows on virginia glass services owner derek came out to our house to do the estimate, was very personable, professional, and organized. The workers themselves did the whole job in only 3 hours, were also very professional, punctual, and neat. No need to look any further if your in the market for shades. Bill was excellent. His experience and great eye really paid off as he helped me find the right solution for a unique situation. I wanted to allow plenty of light through during the day, but also deal with potential energy loss and light pollution at night. Bill helped me find the perfect solution that not only works great in this situation but also looks amazing. alex did a great job installing the shades. Super quick, it would have taken me five times as long.
