I have absolutely nothing positive to say about my experience with your staff and properties at the Coconut Grove and Ft. Lauderdale locations. Your employees are miserably unhappy people who think they have some kind of power over clients by lying and initiating charges to customers for using towels or already damaged furniture. The Ft. Lauderdale location was filthy dirty when I arrived at check in with dead roaches. The bathroom walls pealing and moldy and the bathtub floor rotted. Your Miami location was cleaner.
