My daughter who is almost 19 went to the Clinic to get an exam for School. They said her insurance wasn’t up to date. I called her insurance to make sure everything was ok, took care of it, and they said it would be updated within the month. She went back a week later and it still wasn’t updated so she asked what the cash price was and the girl told her she had”no idea”, not even an estimate. We got there at 8am & they didn't see us till almost 9am! Then they asked me if I wanted to get tested for something after my mom has said no, & didn't explain it to me. I thought I was getting a shot & they drew blood & I got really sick. I didn't know they had asked my mom & she had said no already, or I would have been like umm no thanks!
ZERO stars! I made an appointment for my son at 8am hoping he could go and then get to class by 9am. We got there at 7:45am, 15minutes early to fill out paper work like they requested. However, they were not open when we got there, the open at 8am. No biggie, we will wait till 8am, that's are appointment time anyway. Well, 8:10 rolls around and they open their doors.
