I went in for a hospital after visit follow up. I was still experiencing so much pain and didnt know what to do. The checknin was quick and i didnt wait to long. Mercedes checked me in. She was nice and helpful. Jennifer the doctor listened to everything i was saying and took her time helping me. She went and got a colleague Josh to assist in the tests. He was kind and helpful as well. I felt cared for and was treated with respect. I would recommend this clinic.
Pros: I got into my appointment on time. People were friendly. Cons: Not sure of competency. They somehow couldn’t find the pharmacy that I always get my medications sent to, even after I showed them the info on Google. I then settled for a different pharmacy that they could send to, even though it’s be further away and inconvenient. We needed to do a blood draw for my daughter. (This is for the clinic on 8th St., Virginia Garcia the main clinic )…..Answering is awful. I’ve waited many times up to an hour on hold for someone to answer my call. This is ridiculous. Secondly, I’ll stand at the front when there’s four or five receptionist all with their heads down they don’t acknowledge you to say just a moment will be right there with you or anything. Pésimo el personal de esta clínica es lo peor la supuesta doctora Alysia no debería de llamar e doctora lleve a mi niño por virus en su estómago y nunca solucionó totalmente nada después lo lleve porque estaba muy mal de gripa y congestión nasal y me dijo NO HAY ningún medicamento para eso OMG fue la respuesta más absurda que he escuchado apartando la secretaría no quería darme citas y un señor que realmente no se que trabajo desempeña ahí pero él me dijo que si habían citas y ya después la secretaria me dio la cita luego lu... read more
Their answering system is TERRIBLE. It hangs up on me EVERY TIME. How am I supposed to get through to make an appointment for my aging father so he can get his vaccines if this is what happens??? Unacceptable.
