These people never answer the phone and will treat you like you're a bother when you're in their office. Their customer service is atrocious. They also consistently forgot to call in prescriptions and left us guessing on the next steps. Ultimately we decided to stop seeking their treatment due to incompetence. When we tried to make payment arrangements we again got no answer. That is, until they sent a warrant in debt and tacked on over $700 in attorney fees.
