My wife and I both had separate visits with different doctors and offices at this practice for routine wellness checkups. In both cases, we were hit with additional charges that had absolutely nothing to do with the nature of our visits. These fees were not disclosed ahead of time, and worse, they seemed completely unjustified. I had a very good experience with the branch in Tysons Corner. After contacting them, they got me in with an appointment the following week for the requested services. They make their treatment service accessible and affordable. Each member of the treatment and technical team was thorough, kind, and very professional. They answered my questions and made the information accessible. I traveled nearly 2 hours to get there and would return more regularly if I lived closer.
READ UPDATE AT END: Dr Harris is top notch. She truly takes the time to listen to her patients and their needs. Lately, I've noticed many doctors insisting patients take certain drugs that are just "hot" on the market. One of the many things I appreciate about Dr Harris is that she has not been "bought" by pharmaceutical companies. Exceptional service from the practitioners and staff. Stand outs are medical assistant Aryan and scribe Swarna, as they were so friendly and helpful. Made me feel welcomed and cared for.
