Dental health is very important to me. However, I still dislike dental visits. The team at Virginia Family Dentistry (Patterson Ave) is amazing at not only calming anxiety, but also practicing superior dentistry. Dr Perkinson, KayDee, Jamie, Karen and the whole team are wonderful. Whether you fear going to the dentist or you’re a crazy person that enjoys the experience, this is the place for you! Great people providing amazing smiles.
It's been a while since my Last dental appointment. It always comes with anxiety... but the staff here is so nice and understanding. I'd definitely recommend this office to family and friends.

New review ha!! I would never want to have to go anywhere else. Seriously. Although historically terrified of the dentist and always requiring sedation Dr Perkinson and his team are unfailing equipped with kindness, compassion, respect, courtesy and humor. On the fly I needed an extraction and there was no delay. It was a funky one but my pain is marginal and I’m healing quickly. With great gratitude!!! Thank you is not enough.
My hygienist, KayDee, was amazing! So calm and thorough. I loved how she explained everything she was doing. The office staff was very welcoming. Dr. Perkinson was very personable. I appreciated his conservative approach to my dental needs. I highly recommend this practice!
