I Love going to VAF Dentistry Patterson because the Staff is professional and caring. I Love Dr. Jamie Denoncourt and her assistant (they're the best)! Dental Hygienist (Destiny) was so professional and did an awesome job with my cleaning. It wasn't painful, and she was thorough without taking a long time to complete her task!
Billing department is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I called to set up a payment plan for a bill, but it's apparently not possible to set up a payment plan with automatic payments which was not made clear to me by whomever I spoke with. A couple months later I had to call again to make another payment. Next correspondence I receive from them is a threatening letter saying they are going to start collections and could affect my credit or lead to a court appearance. I’m 59 years old and up until I was 58 I always dreaded going to the Dentist… until now What an amazing place this is. Beth and I both feel as if they are part of our family. Kudos 🙌🏼
