My hygienist is very knowledgeable (Katie) and polite. She explains and break down all the details to a science that anyone will be able to understand.
I was very pleased with the service I received. The dentist spent a long time with me explaining the procedure and the office staff made sure I knew the costs so there were no surprises. Everyone was very friendly.
I will never go here again. I was a consistent patient for 10 years until my last experience. I was scheduled for a procedure. They gave me a sedative to take before I came in. I took one pill as directed. I came in and it had me really loopy. They accused me of being on other drugs. They started my procedure and I had to go to the bathroom.
