Dr Wong is an excellent dentist! He has done a bridge form me and now I am consulting with him on a cosmetic procedure. Always transparent.
Amber is a stellar hygienist that I have seen for many, many years for my cleanings. Very dedicated to her profession and taking the best care of her patients. I have always expressed that "where she goes, I go". Dr. Crichton always follows up with a cheery demeanor and very thorough check. Emma (front desk) acknowledged me upon my arrival and departure, and she was a wonderful way to begin and end my appointment. Very kind and personable. Always consistently a great experience at Virginia Family. Thanks to All.
Amber, as always, is a fantastic dental hygienist. I would not recommend Dr Manoj who I found to be extremely rough and lacking a good rapport with me as a patient. Without any warning she manipulated my lips and mouth so that I imagine it looked like a distorted smiling clown's face. The action was extremely rough. I would have preferred her to warn me what she was about to do and that I might find it uncomfortable. She did no such thing. I would recommend that she's adopted some communication skills with the patients.
