Dr. Factor has been my doctor for the past 5 years. I can confidently say, she is the best doctor I have ever had. Her dedication to you as a patient is evident from day one. She is attentive, understanding, and so wonderfully kind. Not only that, but she creates a doctor-patient relationship that extends beyond the exam room. She has come to my appointments with notes she wrote about something she saw or read that she thinks will be helpful to me. It's as if I'm her only patient and she's always thinking of me. She's amazin... read more
Dr Factor is a kind person and knowledgeable, but she is not available for any ongoing issues and blames patients when they can’t get in to see her on regular basis. She has canceled 5 appointments with us in the past year and you have to wait 3-4 months to get seen when her office cancels the appointment.
Just hope you don’t come down with something serious. Very nice on the outside etc, but when you need help the most (in my case), not to be found.
best ever
I have been a patient of Dr. Factor for about a year and in that time I have been impressed by Dr. Factor’s ability to listen to my concerns and her skills in coming up with a plan to eliminate the problem. She is very professional.
Always liked her but after bloodwork results I was alarmed. My chol. over 250, A1C 5.8. Office didn't call. I called & told results ok. Not by my research. I kept calling with questions- shouldnt I be on a statin; aren't I at risk for a hear attack; aren't I prediabetic? I started treating myself asking for Metformin. My anxiety grew. I guess the staff got sick of me, so I was discharged. Should have talked to Dr personally from the beginning & none of this would have happened. Lesson learned.
I would say my review would be low since I was just at hospital told to follow up with PvP when I called was told I couldn't be seen for 2 months why have a doctor. I rarely go to doctor unless urgent. You arenot to fit in a patient when the for a hospital follow up. See as many people as you can so you make money. Why would I refer anyone if the doctor can't see them
Incredible doctor and person. Truly cares about her patients. Very fortunate to have someone of such knowledge and compassion as my physician.
I had the same doctor for almost 20yrs before she retired and she was awesome! I spent almost a year and a half for a new doctor that I felt would be able to give the same care to myself that the old one did. I stumbled across Dr.Factor and never looked back! I would highly recommend her to anyone because of her knowledge, kindness and ability to understand what your symptoms are or what's going on with you even if you really can't explain it right!
