appointment was at 2pm. wasn’t called back until 3:30. front desk ladies were nice. however, why are patients being scheduled when they’re not able to be seen at scheduled time? i can understand a 15-20 min wait. it’s fine, you get behind. but an hour and a half to see the doctor? ridiculous.
everything was great until i came to the optical dept. i just needed my bridge/ pupil distance measurement. i sat there for 10 minutes waiting for the young lady while she was at lunch . i could literally see her. i asked how much longer and she stated about 15 more minutes. you mean to tell me that you couldn’t take 2 minutes to do a measurement and you wanted the customer to wait 15-20 more minutes!!!! Poor customer service. Last time going to that location.
I went to this VEI and was charged along with my insurance company for a contact exam that I did not receive. According to the provider it is a common practice for the VEI to charge for contact exams if a patient request a contact prescription without actually receiving an exam (Fraudulent).I called and asked to speak with the office manager and they have yet to call me and it’s been 2 months and I have not received a call. I had my first appointment with Dr. Seth Krawitz. He was very nice and put me at ease. The practice is busy but they are nice and kind. Danielle took my intake information and was very thorough. I recommend this practice and the location. Thanks again, Robin Lisa
Had a great experience, these people are really top notch professionals! Louis thank you so much for listening to my concerns and answering all the questions I had. It makes a HUGE difference when employees like you enjoy your job and make patients feel welcomed and informed. I Highly recommend this location because it's easy to get to and it's on the first floor with plenty of parking spots.
