Dr. Chiappetta is a soft spoken, empathetic eye care expert. His patients and I are fortunate to have him as our doctor.
Dr. Schneider and her staff are extremely professional and helpful. She is very thorough and precise and won't make you feel rushed. Doesn't speak over your head and you will leave feeling assured that she has a clear plan of treatment. So glad I found Dr. Schneider and the VEI.
Superb explanations about test results. Answers to questions about driving at night; eye floaters;and prescription changes were carefully presented. I was very pleased with the Exam and left “feeling” really good.
Always had great service. I did hear them tell Dr Keffer that his 8 am appointment was double booked so I didn’t get the eyes checked where you picked which one you could see better he did look behind the Reyna and said I had a blood spot. I hadn’t been there in 2 years but only because I had open heart surgery, defibrillator and pacemaker surgery, and another surgery where VCU put in something called the Barostim implant surgery.
