My son (3 year old) and us had a good experience with Dr. Marcus. We received 5 star treatment from the moment we walked in to the moment we left the door.

When I scheduled an appt, i was told as part of my insurance yearly check up is free of charge. On the day of appt, front desk mentioned that there will be $x towards Refraction charges. And now i received a bill for more than 3 times what i was told on the day of the visit. After calling them, i was re-routed to multiple depts, billing-->Scheduling-->Scheduling supervisor-->Billing supervisor. finally i was told that since you pre-diabetic, doctor looked at you and its billed differently hence the charge. Having an immigrant non-english speaking mother trying to call her son when Dr. Keffer was in the room and being told to speak to his nurse after he leaves is utterly embarrassing professional behavior knowing she didn’t understand a single word you spoke to her. Incredibly unethical. If you aren’t sensitive to the needs of vulnerable population, should probably question your role as a a doctor and embarrassing as a medical school alumni. Do better.
