Dr Inna Marcus was rude and condescending. My husband took our son for an appointment and she didn’t greet them or say goodbye. She wasn't kind to my husband or my child (no bedside manner whatsoever)! So disappointed of this unfortunate experience, especially when I have been a patient of VA eye institute for more than 10 years!
I love it! Dr. Chiappetta is very kind and so are the medical assistants. And I love the globe lights in the waiting room.

To get appointments they schedule you at the earliest, usually a month from the day that you call them. With the humongous delays, they'll cancel your appointments without even giving you a call. So good luck if you ever get to see them! I sure as hell couldn't! Now whenever I call, I just get straight to voicemail. Even after waiting in a call queue, the answer and immediately send me to voicemail. This has got to be one of the worst doctor experiences I've ever had, and that's saying a lot from the vampires that they are.
My son (3 year old) and us had a good experience with Dr. Marcus. We received 5 star treatment from the moment we walked in to the moment we left the door.
