Virginia is an incredible patient healer. She worked with me to move past family narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma, and complex PTSD. In all of my years in therapy, no one got straight to the source and helped me to make changes until I met her. She used Lifespan Integration as well as other therapies (including a type of aromatherapy which worked wonders!). She has a very calm energy about her that helped me to feel safe and secure when in her presence. I highly recommend her.

Virginia Ericson has helped me immensely by using the Lifespan Integration techniques during our sessions. She also introduced me to Integrated Listening Systems to help me regulate my nervous system - particularly in regulating my Vagus nerve. I have made more progress working with her in one year than I have with other therapists over my entire lifetime. I am SO grateful to have found her!
