Dr. Hudson is the best
I made an appointment 6+ months ago to be seen for the first time at this office. When I set up my appointment over the phone I gave the rep my insurance information and she assured me that their practice accepted my insurance. Fast forward to my appointment day.. I get to my appointment, check in at the desk, give them my insurance card to scan, and start the new patient paperwork. Reception is unprofessional and more willing to turn patients away than to check if they can take insurance. As a diabetic from pancreatic cancer and a veteran among healthcare and in need of an Endo, I'm sure the doctor is great but the people answering the phone need to be more helpful towards patients instead of treating them like a hassle.
