I managed to get an appointment for a chronic throat clearing issue. I was grasping at straws because I was desperate to find a solution. Another physician mentioned I should get my thyroid checked by ultrasound. After doing some research, I found that chronic throat clearing can indeed be due to thyroid. Have been going here for over 15 years now and have seen a serious decline. I can’t get anyone on the phone, ever! When I go through the portal, still no response. Is this just healthcare now? Love the doctor, but the support staff is going to shut this place down. Really unfortunate that the doctors aren’t doing anything about it! Going to have to switch. Sad!
I have been in the hospital three times over the last three weeks and was keeping Marsha DiPeppi informed. I was serious enough that I was placed in a Physical Rehab. One portal communication. I had informed her multiple times I was in the hospitals. After leaving the rehab i declined so much I could not use my phone or laptop. Got turned away for labs at 3:27pm because drawing stops at 3:30pm even if you are already in line. Please put this information on your website and alert your patients. I left work early to get here and was unaware of this change. The only written notice of 3:30 lab closure appears to be a printed sign taped to the door. Overall reception has a way of always being defensive and like you have to walk on eggshells when coming in for an appointment. Today was no exception.
