Had an appointment and they didn't inform me they had no power. Until 2 minutes before appointment
I’ve been to going to the west end location for two years. They moved to twin hickory and I’ve been going there. This morning I waiting 2 full hours for lab work. I’ve been experiencing server symptoms from Graves’ disease and was told to come in for labs. They front desk works were not empathetic and honestly mean.
