I have been trying to get my husband an appt for over 2 weeks. They will not answer the phone. They do not return voice mails. I went in person and was denied an appt for him. Said they don't make appts but requested his medical records to get one. Confirmed through pcp that this place received them. Becky, needs a new job cause she certainly can not handle this one. Apparently she's the only one who answers calls, returns calls, and makes the appts. Best of luck with this place! If I could give zero stars, I would!!!
Dr. Berger is the BEST DOCTOR that I have seen in years! I have been so discouraged by the medical profession for quite a few years. I feel like I'm not heard or they just shuffle me to another doctor. I've been told by more than one doctor that I'm "just fat and to start running 5 mile a day" instead of addressing the actual problem as to why I am unable to lose weight. A great experience From the Front desk thru the Lab. And Dr. K, he goes the extra mile he wants his patients healthy and he will not simply treat the symptoms. You know how some doctor's simply hand out medication as if the medication are aspirins. Dr. K, will not, he listens, run test and test if needed and he reads your previous and current diagnosis. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Dr Puttkammer incorrectly diagnosed me with Hashimotos and Thyroid cancer which 2nd & 3rd opinions, scans and bloodwork proved to be incorrect. Would not recommend.
