I want to be very clear: the nurse practitioner I saw here was excellent. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Unfortunately, the practice’s handling of continuity of care was not. I was informed that my endocrinologist is leaving and that none of the remaining endocrinologists are accepting patients. Despite having an established relationship with the NP, I was told I could not continue care and would need to find an endocrinologist elsewhere. There was no transition plan, no handoff, and no option to remain wit... read more

Im sorry to have to write this post but Dr. Sandhu used to be a thorough provider. Lately I dont feel any caring or compassion. My visits with her feel uncomfortable. She requires me to come in to get my copay and then constantly push me away afterwards advising I have too many issues and I need to see another provider.

3 months and 3 referrals waiting for a call back to start appointments, finally they call me and tell me they are not accepting new patients. Take your business elsewhere, this place is a joke

Dr Stephen Young has been my doctor for I don't know how long he's one heck of a endocrinologist along with his staff Mary Jennifer and Brandon you can't beat them for the help they've given me to help me get my A1c under control. Yes it's sometimes hard to get through the phones, leave a message and they will return your call, it's their job to take care of the patients love going to their practice they're always there to help you. That's my opinion.

Very confused about some of the reviews I’ve been reading here. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Young’s for many years and have never had anything other than a positive experience, whether it’s his outstanding care, getting a prompt call back from his nurse, wait time, lab results, front desk, etc. Unfortunately, as is usually the case, people seem much more eager to leave a review when they’re unhappy, and are too quick to leave a one star review due to a single bad experience. Look for the good and praise it; life’s too short.
