From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Dr. Nguyen was professional, gentle, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. What stood out the most was how much they cared about their patients. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Lack of professionalism and organization. I literally live behind the plaza and I will not be going back. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment I got weird energy. I should’ve listened to my guy from that point in which I ignored. They were able to squeeze my daughters and I in at the same day but it was not a pleasurable experience. Everyone was really nice and they took good care of me. My teeth were cleaned really well and I was really happy with how they looked afterwards. I don't understand why there are bad reviews. Also, they were able to get me an appointment a week from when i called as a new patient.
