I began bringing my child to see Dr. Pope when she was 3. Although I did not find his demeanor or attitude pleasant to manage as a parent, I continued bringing her there for over 11 years as he seemed to have a better attitude with children and they had a decent rapport. I have been taking my kids to Virginia Dental and Anesthesia for about a year. I give a five star because these guy deserve it. Dr. Sherry and Staff are great with the kids and NO LONG WAIT!!!
This is the WORST experience my husband and I have ever had with any health or service provider - The staff is unbelievably rude, their scheduling coordination and communication is an absolute nightmare - and we are now pending legal action due to being forced to reschedule a general anesthesia appointment - that they chose to reschedule - not us, and informed us the deposit would be kept - to which we informed them our attorney will not agree.
