I began bringing my child to see Dr. Pope when she was 3. Although I did not find his demeanor or attitude pleasant to manage as a parent, I continued bringing her there for over 11 years as he seemed to have a better attitude with children and they had a decent rapport. RecommendedI have had a phobia of dentists since childhood. I found this office a few years ago and they are AMAZING. Kind and caring staff for adults and children. Even though my kids are older I think it is great they have an adult side and a kid friendly children’s side. Dr Campbell and Dr Pope are great. Also they don’t push pricey services or procedures on you. They give you all the information and will give you estimates so that you are in control and can make an informed decision. They are GREAT!
I have been taking my kids to Virginia Dental and Anesthesia for about a year. I give a five star because these guy deserve it. Dr. Sherry and Staff are great with the kids and NO LONG WAIT!!!
Simply the best dentist office ever! If been coming here since I was 5. Saw Dr. Pope then, now moved up to Dr. Campbell. I've heard horror stories from bad dentists. But I've always had great experiences here. Everyone from the sweet assistants and hygienists, to the front office staff who call, text, and even email to ensure you remember your appointment, and the funniest and most caring dentist. Doctor Campbell is quite possibly the most arrogant dentist I have ever seen. He argued with me saying I did not still have my wisdom teeth. I reminded him yet again, that I did have all four wisdom teeth and that after I had molars pulled, an orthodontist pulled my wisdom teeth forward to replace the missing molars. He always ridiculed a crown that I have on a tooth with a previous root canal. He told me it was ugly, and he would be embarrassed if it was his crown. This is the WORST experience my husband and I have ever had with any health or service provider - The staff is unbelievably rude, their scheduling coordination and communication is an absolute nightmare - and we are now pending legal action due to being forced to reschedule a general anesthesia appointment - that they chose to reschedule - not us, and informed us the deposit would be kept - to which we informed them our attorney will not agree. The staff refuses to listen and communicate and as an employer, if anyone on our ... read more

They are AMAZING with children!
Highly recommend Dr. Pham. She has done a lot of work on my teeth. including today's emergency visit to fix my broken tooth. She is always quick and painless. And the rest of the staff is awesome too. They get you in quickly.
