The Virginia Creeper Trail Bike Shop was a great place to rent bikes from and the service they provided was excellent. They wouldn't even let us load our own bikes, they unloaded and loaded all twenty bikes for the group of twenty I was with. I would recommend this shop for any other large group or individuals.
The Virginia Creeper Trail Bike Shop was outstanding. The equipment was a bit worn some of the bikes had wear and tear, but they all worked fine. I mean what can you expect from a bike shop. Personally, I have never ridden a bike before today May 29, 2014. I had the best experience possible. My friends taught me how, helped me get up, and encouraged me when I fell. The bike shop has a specific trail they take people both for experienced and novices. I would recommend this place if you are looking for adventure.
The gentlemen who run the shop are very friendly. Some of the bikes have problems, so make sure that you check your bike carefully before you go. My bike had no issue. I have an enjoyable time
This was my first time renting a bicycle from a local business, and it was undoubtedly a great experience. The gentlemen at the shop were very friendly and helpful in fitting my frame to the appropriate-sized bicycle, and upon loading the mountain bike onto a trailer I was quickly escorted to Damascus by van to begin my 17-mile ride back to Abingdon.
