We had trouble getting the Roanoke County police to serve a restraining order in a timely fashion, so after discovering public "servers" through a website-i discovered "Jeff" @ Virginia Court Svc-i called and spoke to him at lunch time, we emailed him requested information @ 5pm and the job was done and served by 7pm! Jeff kept us informed during the process and contacted us to ask questions when needed. Called for service of process on a domestic case - did not have current address - company was able to locate very quickly, but spouse was out of town working. Company located place of employment and got ex served at work. This is an awesome company, and I would highly recommend! Also, very economical.
I cannot rave enough about this company If I could rate it 100 stars, I definitely would. I had some papers that that needed personally served on an individual who has been near impossible to track down. I emailed the papers to Jeff just after he closed for the day (I am 2 hours behind) and when I got back to work the next morning, Jeff had already attempted the service and sent me possible photographs of the individual we were trying to locate.
