This is my favorite place I've ever rented in Atlanta. The units are beautiful -- high ceilings, big windows, spacious floor plans, tons of natural light and historic character. The people are friendly, mostly quiet and many have dogs. MLC is quick to respond to emails, and every maintenance need I had (all minor, over 1.5 years) were dealt with same-day. Service team is quick to fix issues.
Awesome place to live for people that want to live in the city but still want peace and quiet. Higher than average ceilings, pretty spacious rooms and very big patios/balcony’s. Walking distance to VA highland bars. If you have a problem with your apartment , maintenance fixes your problem the next business day. Laundry room is always clean. Neighbors are very friendly. Very safe as well.
