We have already had problems with the main VCU hospital as last year my fiancé was there for a month, involving fecal matter in patient bathrooms (on the help button too), a general lack of sanitation. Last night once again we were at VCU Hospital but in the ER. The ER staff was very friendly and helpful, however once we actually got a room the workers there were rude. They take forever I feel like they need more rooms or doctors
In the waiting room from 7pm until 3am and counting. I will never come back to this er
The nurses and doctors are very caring
This place is horrible! I have been here for HOURS only to find out there is not even a doctor working right now! Shaun at the front desk gave me an attitude and when I said something HE GOT SECURITY TO ESCORT ME OUT LIKE THE COWARD HE IS! Worst hospital experience EVER! DO NOT COME HERE THEY HAVE HORRIBLE ATTITUDES AND ARE UNDERSTAFFED!
