Very professional is good price
If I could rate this business 0 Star I would. We were charged $230 for 2x2 ft carpet repair. !@#$&. The whole experience was a disaster. We called them for a repair in one of our bedrooms, the guy came and gave us a quote based on what he saw that he gotta work with ( He said that he would need to cut a piece of carpet in our closet to patch the bedroom and said whenever we have another piece he will come back to patch the closet). I have used this company’s services before. I will not be using this service again and not recommending the company to friends and family. The repair technician without my permission used my personal vacuum to clean up the mess created during the job and did not show the respect or professionalism to empty the vacuum after using it without my authorization.
We needed carpet stretching in 2 rooms for our 6 year old carpet which had developed ridges (a dangerous trip hazard).The repairman arrived on time and completed the work quickly. When we asked if he could also clean the carpet since the furniture was already out of the rooms, he made room for us in his schedule. The carpets look and smell great and there are no more ridges. We will use the company again!
