I used to love Virginia Cardiology until recently there has been a change in the communication system . I used to be able to talk to the nurse directly but no more and messages are not conveyed nor answered.
Terrible billing practices that does not guarantee direct communication with patient regarding billing.
What a great staff, from check in to check out and everyone I encountered in between. Medical conditions can be scary, however; when you’re met with people who exude compassion and knowledge, fears melt away. I’ve found my new cardiologist. Thank you to a terrific staff!
Dr.Rohatgi was extremely thorough in explaining what needed to be done with the series of testing that I would be receiving. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable in the procedures that they were performing with the testing. I appreciate the kindness of the staff in making the experience easier and calming. in all I give the experience a “10”.
