I recently I bought a property from Avi Ron at Car properties. First when I was deciding if I wanted the house or not and before I put in a serious offer in, he told my realtor to tell me I had until midnight to make an offer or the deal was off? I buy a lot of homes and never has anyone said that? Ridiculous!
