I would have given zero stars if I could. We've been waiting for several days now for them to send authorization for a scan that my mother-in-law needs before her surgery. We have called the doctor's office almost a dozen times over the past few days and they still have not done this one task of telling the insurance company what practice they're sending us to for the scan. Fantastic experience. I received two iron infusion treatments, and everyone there was extremely professional, friendly, and patient with any questions I had, making the experience as painless as possible. They also bumped up my consultation date (unprompted) after seeing my medical records and realizing that my treatment needed to happen asap. Thank you for taking care of me! Note: parking options are limited to a garage, and you have to pay with cash or a credit card, but VCS does discount the parking a bit.

To say I am disappointed with Virginia Cancer Specialists is an understatement.
