Went to donate on July 18th after having made the appointment on the Blood Donor app. Completed my RapidPass and went in a bit early, got checked in right away. They did the usual vitals and iron check, went smoothly and they got me in a chair within ten or fifteen minutes of me arriving. I've always had small veins, but they found a good one pretty quickly, stuck it on the first try, and completed my donation in no time. I was in and out within an hour. Since my last review they have made changes to their cancellation policy. I had an appointment at 8:15am today and have been sitting outside of the building since 7:45 am. The Lights are on inside and no one will answer the door. I’ve called the #800 they confirmed I am where I should be and that I have an appointment. Maybe this is why we don’t have the donations we need. This location shows that appointments are booked all day everyday and this??? I’m extremely disappointed that I took off of work drove 40 mins to sit here... read more

The staff is nice. But they are always behind schedule. Please respect our time & try to honor appointments. An hour wait is unacceptable when I’m giving you something that you claim is so desperately needed.
