My partner and I went in to check availability on a unit. The manager was really knowledgeable about pricing and what units he had. He was super nice and willing to work with us with whatever we needed. We hope to be moving soon so we will be back to rent an available unit. Thanks for a positive interaction since you don't usually get good customer service anymore!
A really nice place to have your things safely kept at all times. Danny is always willing and ready to help when needed. And the prices are great. I've gotten behind a few months in the past and not once was I being threatened to lose my storage units. Was always given opportunity to catch up which is absolutely unheard of and I am very appreciative.
End your search now and choose this facility ! Their prices are VERY reasonable and you receive excellent 👍 safe care of your unit's contents. We have used VBMS's facilities for the past 15+years and have been EXTREMELY satisfied with their services ! NEVER has there been a security issue and they keep the facility CLEAN and pest free !! The manager, Dan -"keeps a tight ship" by enforcing the complex rules - therefore I have never had to worry about loss or damage.
The guy at the dest is Very rude. He cut us off mid-asking about 5x10 units. He said they don't have them anymore. This was a month ago. Their website says they do. I tried calling today. 5 times in the last hour but no one answered. It says they open at 9. It was after 9:30 when I started trying to reach someone. The lady running the AAAA storage next to him even said that he tells people that (they don't have them anymore and are getting rid of them) sometimes. Harassed by someone working there while trying to access my dad's storage (yes, I have a key). I was going to have to be escorted by him. I am not a5 year old that needs to be escorted by a crossing guard. The employees make your business their business. Way too aggressive
