My partner and I went in to check availability on a unit. The manager was really knowledgeable about pricing and what units he had. He was super nice and willing to work with us with whatever we needed. We hope to be moving soon so we will be back to rent an available unit. Thanks for a positive interaction since you don't usually get good customer service anymore!

The guy at the dest is Very rude. He cut us off mid-asking about 5x10 units. He said they don't have them anymore. This was a month ago. Their website says they do. I tried calling today. 5 times in the last hour but no one answered. It says they open at 9. It was after 9:30 when I started trying to reach someone. The lady running the AAAA storage next to him even said that he tells people that (they don't have them anymore and are getting rid of them) sometimes.
