Called this afternoon to obtain information on services and availability. Answered the phone with hello no business name or confirmation that I was calling a business not a personal line. Was asked a bunch of questions which i anticipated but was berated and talked down to in an abrasive tone when unable to provide correct terminology. Felt very belittled. Nadia is great! I was skeptical with it being my first time getting extensions, however, just trust her!! She definitely is amazing with color matching and the extensions!! And she is a very genuine person ❤️
