Virginia Beach Florist is personable and responsive. I had two orders with this company. I was referred to them after I got crappy service from my other regular florist. So, I ordered some flowers for my wife for our 20th anniversary. The flowers were great, but one of the mylar baloons said, "Happy Birthday." Yikes - 3 stars. A little miscommunication, but it turned out great I ordered flowers for same day delivery. The bouquet I Chose was one of their rose options, and when it came in, the beautiful lady who they were for loved it. However, there weren't as many roses as the picture led me to believe of roses. I'm floor about the level of customer service they showed. I wasn't expecting a whole other bouquet. I'll be back.

Great Service!!! I love the convenience of ordering online,the variety of options available,that they deliver,and that an e-mail was sent to me saying it was delivered.However,stating the time the item was delivered in the email along with who received the item should have been included.
