Virginia Automotive Service does a wonderful job of maintaining my car and communicating with me about services needed and provided. Appreciate their tracking all the important things, letting me know what to expect, and also letting me know if there are early warning signs that don't need to be addressed yet but may need service in the future (e.g., mild uneven tire wear). Great partners in keeping a car in good shape for the long-term.

Warranty work however they were Very courteous and the service was quick. Stayed in contact with me to keep me updated on diagnosis and each process and what was being done. What I thought would be a few weeks without my truck was 4 days.
