i have never in life tried calling a place so much and not get an answer or a call back. I've left voice messages and called over 30 times over the course of 2 weeks.
Beware of buying any kind of parts/computers that will have to be programmed to the vehicle you’re working on, if the parts are bad you still get charged the programming fee and they WILL NOT help you with the failed programming cost even if it’s a bad part on their end. I spend hundreds of thousands at junkyards all over the US a year and they are the first company not willing to help. Never again.
