Poor customer service, requested they replace a broken glass at my rental property. I gave them specific instructions and the installer replaced the wrong window. When I realized they replaced the wrong window after I had already paid them they refused to replace the correct one. instead wanted to charge another fee for their error to fix the right one.

Absolutely love the service I received at Virginia Auto Glass today. They were absolutely helpful in accomidating my needs. We've used Virginia Auto Glass several times over the years (personal use and business) and have always been satisfied. Today was no different, we had a sliding glass window installed and it looks great. High quality work and a very pleasant experience from the initial consult to install.
