I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in September of 2025. While the process was smooth and the sales staff (Joe) were easy to talk to, the post-purchase experience was not exactly stress-free. This business runs on a very tight margin, and a sudden loss of staff caused delays for my vehicle's DMV paperwork, which is part of their dealer processing fee. You need to go by Virginia Auto and Truck, before buying a new car. They have a good variety of nice vehicles in great prices. Amazing service! They have many clean cars, with no rust and very well taken care of. Very approachable, clear communication and great customer service. Ms. Kara and Mr. Jon treated me very politely , provided me different vehicle options within my budget and what I was looking. I’m very happy with the outcome and with the purchase.
Found this place by doing a search for a Honda ridgeline. Carfax site popped up which led us here. Outside is deceiving so I’m glad we didn’t let that turn us away. We test drove the truck & we’re extremely satisfied with the drive & condition of the truck…so we purchased it. Staff was extremely friendly, personable, & professional.
