I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in September of 2025. While the process was smooth and the sales staff (Joe) were easy to talk to, the post-purchase experience was not exactly stress-free. This business runs on a very tight margin, and a sudden loss of staff caused delays for my vehicle's DMV paperwork, which is part of their dealer processing fee. If you're looking for a nice used car at a good price, you won't go wrong, here. I checked out four vehicles - all four ran great and were priced low. Website is easy to browse and up-to-date. Free Carfax reports too. Joe, the owner, is a nice dude and easy to work with.

You need to go by Virginia Auto and Truck, before buying a new car. They have a good variety of nice vehicles in great prices. Amazing service! They have many clean cars, with no rust and very well taken care of. Very approachable, clear communication and great customer service. Ms. Kara and Mr. Jon treated me very politely , provided me different vehicle options within my budget and what I was looking. I’m very happy with the outcome and with the purchase.

From the time we drove on the car lot, I knew we were going to leave with something. My grandson who is 17 and about to graduate seen a car that he wanted there. We expressed our concerns to Joe and he was so understanding. He answered all our questions and gave the best customer service ever. He wasn’t just trying to push a car on us to buy him. Review of Virginia Auto and Trucks Virginia Auto and Trucks has a lot of good-looking cars and trucks on the lot, but looks aren’t everything.
