Sold my pistol on consignment a month ago. I’m now trying to get paid and no return calls, manager Scott not “authorized” to write the check, etc.. I’ll likely be taking them to court.
Extremely disappointed. Questioned, lied to, unresponsive. It ain’t the old VA Arms. The guy running the place needs a big “negative” sign on his forehead. Save yourself a big headache if you need to transfer a firearm, don’t waste your time. They have no intention of helping you. Drive south about a mile and on your left is a real gun store, Trojan arms.
Virginia arms is not the same Virginia arms as it was years ago I believe Scott is either the manager or the owner and is extremely rude and arrogant this has happened more than once and will not happen again because I will not set foot in that store because of him and only him I will not buy anything from him at that store ever do yourself a favor go someplace else save yourself a headache
I put a win 12 on consignment on2/15/19 about 2 mo ago it was sold .Kevin will not return calls .Bernie has been gone for over a year and a half .do they 15% or 100% ?
