This company has recently put forth greater effort to provide quality service to the people of my town. A PR campaign, in addition with their new facilities should allow them the capacity to improve relations with the greater bulk of our community. If they set aside funds to plant trees, as well as continue with their effort to provide clean water to my town, I'll be left with the thought that the people who are leaving one star reviews should instead focus on paying their bills on time. Virginia American Water is the worst, they are thieves who abuse customers because of their monopoly over the water system. I signed up for their Water/Sewer/InHome protection insurance. When I wanted to place claim they refused and gave me four (4) numbers to call. This company is stealing money from people.
4/20 water is off in Woodbridge with no notice. 58 minute hold time and call back function not working.
