STAY AWAY!!! I would give Zero stars if I could have. The office staff is horrendous; highly unprofessional and lacking common decency. They schedule appointments and they aren't even there at the designated time! They don't have even common courtesy to call to let you know, or even apologize for their error. Truly the most awful and unprofessional office workers I've ever encountered. Please, spare yourself the aggravation I have experienced, and STAY AWAY from this dental office.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

It felt like they just cared about making money. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? No, he/she did not appear to care very much Was this dentist friendly? Not Really Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Definitely not, and when I arrived they had forgotten that I had an appointment
All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. I have been happy with any work done so far. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet. the dental hygenist was great, but that's about it. the doctors kept changing and the billing was a nightmare. the office sent me collection notices on bills that they actually owed me a refund on. they eventually fixed this issue, but it took 9 months. every visit after that resulted in more billing errors. the staff is snide and not helpful.
