Appointment with Cardiologist Dr Sayen was a positive experience.
Exceptionally competent and quick reaction when I had an accident there and broke my hand in 3 places. Dr. Chase and PA-C Barbara Elias essentially "saved" my hand from healing incorrectly. They provided excellent care knowing that my husband and I were living on our boat and cruising in the area. When I finally did return home, my orthopedic surgeon here was amazed at what a perfect job they did under the circumstances. I don't need any surgery, just some physical therapy.
You can tell a lot about a practice by the staff that you talk to first. Unfortunately the person answering the phone was unknowledgeable and therefore unhelpful. I am sure they are incredibly busy and he is just overworked, but this is costing you business! Train your receptionists / hire more staff.
