I've never been so impressed with a hotel. The room was spacious and cute and I didn't want to leave. Location is great. Also, Frankie at the front desk is a delight. Will definitely keep booking here for my business trips.
Awesome hotel in a good erea
This is re: 2nd floor bar. Had odd interactions w bartender and event manager. Followed their advice but got a weird scolding attitude. I don’t mind absorbing their concerns but I found it super off-putting because I pre-explored options and pre-cleared my approach with both of them. They forgot apparently. Everything went fine and they scolded me for nothing. Beautiful space and view but I regret bringing business in just based on being forced to absorb condescending attitude.
I stayed here with a few friends a couple months back. The service from the hotel staff was great and they were very accommodating. I liked the location cause it was central and we were able to tour and navigate the city easily. My main critic is that the rooms were smaller than we expected for the price. Additionally, it was very dark in the room which could be due to the direction we were facing. Additionally the rooftop bar was okay at best. Love the staff though!
