We had an excellent overall experience with Virgin Carpets and Flooring and would highly recommend them. They installed vinyl plank flooring over the existing flooring in eight rooms of our home. It required a great deal of work and the results are fantastic. Eric and Tim are absolute craftsmen. Their workmanship and attention to detail was second to none. We just had new carpet replaced for the entire first floor of our house. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone we dealt with. We first met Kayla. She was exceptionally helpful walking us thru options such as carpet vs. LVP flooring. She gave us the sample book right off the floor for us to take home to see how it looks in our house. This week I had my house carpeted by Virgin Carpets. We love it! The process was done over 3 days, so we had time to clear out the rooms to prepare them for the following day. The installers, Joe and Sam did an excellent job. Everyone I dealt with from Dan Virgin to the showroom employees were so helpful and professional. I would recommend Virgin Carpets to anyone looking for beautiful carpet at a great price!
