This company is a crook. You never use them. I called this company for an AC problem, and on the appointment day, it was rainy. Nobody appeared. AC did not run. The next day I called another company who has fixed the problem. Weeks later Cook Virgil & Son sent a bill, and we called them to contest but they said they came and fixed it. I asked for proof of work, but they just constantly sent the bill over the months and now sent this case to collections.
