Pretty good. Not the best but good enough for BBQ.
This is the worst BBQ I have ever had. We went here a few weeks ago we were the only customers there my husband and I. The meat we were served brisket tasted like it had sat around all day and then it was warmed up for us it was probably from the day before. Just the worst place to eat never again.
NO IMPROVEMENT!!!!! BBQ is mediocre the balance is HORRIBLE!! SLOOOOOOW Service – I gave Vergies another chance to improve from the first visit.... NOTHING CHANGED. Strike it off you list, it's not worth the time. This comes from a BBQ nut who has eaten at over 125 BBQ spots all over Texas and few dozen more outside the great state. I love this BBQ brisket so much, I am going to marry it. – The best BBQ we've found in Houston! The ranking by Texas Monthly as one of the 50 Best BBQ Joints in TX got us here for the first time. Tried the ribs, brisket, chopped beef and chicken breast. ALL delicious. Didn't even need the BBQ sauce I ordered on the side, but it was good too.
