I been living here a year and a half.. I love my apartment real nice inside.. the staff and Mr. Pete are so helpful.. peace and quiet at night..
Man, these apartments be on the news so many times. Some kids got killed in these apartments. Prayers to the families. They charged my friend for everything, and everybody lnow about their excessive towing. Nice looking apartments but definitely section 8 environment.
Tow relentlessly here terrible rat & termite infestation RUN AWAY
Omg idk the guy name in the office but he is soooooo sweet!! He is the only male leading agent I believe so yall should know who im talking about. I call him friend but he goes above and beyond for the residents and I love that. He treats everyone so kindly and graciously. He stayed after hours to get me approved for my unit because of my work schedule. He understood my situation and my concerns about the bad reviews and was completely honest with me. All I can say is, don’t do it don’t do it. Don’t do it. You will regret it once you get in there they will not let you out on good word. They will find a way to keep you there under all that mold and mildew don’t do it you’re illegal Towing Padded charges.
