Bravo! What a pleasant and professional experience. We had a series of events-loss water due to power panel fuse and capacitor, then short cycling, then loss of water. Never had impressive pressure in last year anyway. Finally had Texan Water come out when no water. Derrick, our Tech, was great at explaining and testing/diagnosing the system. He worked politely with our ranch hand too. We needed a new switch and ultimately a pressure tank. Ours was water logged. Made sense. Need to say we were accommodated within hours of ou... read more
